About the Prints
What type of paper are the prints made on?
All prints are produced on high-quality archival paper, selected for its durability and ability to preserve the artwork’s details and tones over time.
Are the prints signed by the artist?
Yes. The Ms. Dong Yi signature is printed as part of the original artwork. Each print also comes with a certificate card confirming its authenticity.
Framing
Do the prints come framed?
Framing is optional. The frames used are IKEA frames, as indicated in the shop section. This makes it easy for you to replace or find similar frames if needed.
Can I order a print and frame separately?
Yes. Select “Unframed Print” or “Framed Print” as a product variant in the shop.
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal for the moment. More payment options coming soon.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us immediately at charisngstudio@gmail.com.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
Currently, shipping is available within West Malaysia only. We hope to expand to other regions in the future.
How are the prints packaged?
Prints without frames are carefully packaged in flat mailers with cardboard reinforcement to ensure safe delivery. For framed prints, the artwork is wrapped with protective bubble wrap and packed securely in a box for delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns and exchanges policy?
All prints are checked before shipment, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the case and arrange a replacement if necessary.
Commissions
How do I request a custom piece?
Visit our Commissions page and fill in the enquiry form. We’ll respond within 3–5 business days.
How long does a commission take?
Timeline depends on complexity. Simple illustrations typically take 2–4 weeks; complex or large-scale projects may take 6–8 weeks.
