All prints are carefully checked before shipment to ensure they meet our quality standards.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, as all prints are checked before shipment.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
Email us at charisngstudio@gmail.com and we will review the case and arrange a replacement if necessary.
Wrong Item Delivered
If you received the wrong item or size, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.
Refund Process
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
