Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Coverage

Currently, shipping is available within West Malaysia only. We hope to expand to other regions in the future.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on package size and quantity at checkout:

• Unframed Prints (Document): Starting from RM12 per item
• Framed Prints (Small Box): Starting from RM19 per item
• Framed Prints (Large Box): Starting from RM24 per item

Final shipping cost will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your order.

We ship via ParcelHub. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within West Malaysia. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Packaging

Every print is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition:

• Unframed prints are carefully packaged in flat mailers with cardboard reinforcement to ensure safe delivery.
• Framed prints are wrapped with protective bubble wrap and packed securely in a box for delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at charisngstudio@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
